Born Tonya Michelle Johnston July 17,1973 In Kansas City Mo.She Is half African-American and half Blackfoot Native American.Many Peopl Saw Her As Being A Singer And Everytime She Say I Can Rap I Raps Before I Sing No One Will Beleive Her Until She Spit A Couple f Rhymes They Were Blown Away.Sole Was Introduced As An Ameture Rapper And Appeared On Many Artist Albums Such As J.T Money(Who Dat) Kane&Abel(Straight Thuggin) Before Dark(Baby) Tech N9ne(Cluless). Later In 1998 Sole Was Signed To Dreamworks Records And In September Of 1999 Sole Released Her Debut Album Skin Deep Which Featured The Hit Single 4,5,6 Featuring The Grammy Award Winning Song Writer Kandi Burruss From The 90s Girl Group Xscape. During This Time Of Success Of 4,5,6 Sole And R&b Sensation Ginuwine Started Dating The Couple Did A Single Together Called "It Wasnt Me" The Single Had Minor Success On The Charts. After The Success Of Her Debut Album Skin Deep Sole Came Back In The Summer Of 2001 And Started Working On Her Lp Entitled Fly Away Sole Resleased One Single For The Lp Titled "Never Had" The Single Had Mild Success And Failed To Reach The Charts. Later After The Release Of Never Had Sole Slowly Promoting The Album Had Many Delays And Was Later Cancelled.In September Of 2003 Sole And Ginuwine Got Married In The Caribbeans After There Wedding They Had Two Children Together.During This Time Sole Went Back And Forth With The Music Industry And Later Decided To Give It A Rest.She Became A Born Again Christian And Has Been Helping Her Husband(Ginuwine) Behind The Scences.Sole Has Confirm If She Ever Decide To Enter The Music Industry SHe Will Be Producing Music Thats Glorifying To The Lord.There Is No Say If Sole Will Be Returning To Music But If She Will Ever Return Im Sure It'll Be Worth The Wait.
